Project overview

Subcontract works delivered as part of a major new two-storey sports facility for Bishopsgate School.

K Dean Building Services Ltd was appointed as a subcontractor as part of the wider construction team delivering the new sports facility at Bishopsgate School in Egham. The completed building provides a substantial modern environment for sport, fitness and school activities.

Scope of works

• Subcontract building works within the wider new-build programme
• Works coordinated with the main contractor and other specialist trades
• Delivery across internal accommodation and sports-hall areas
• Contribution to the two-storey sports facility construction
• Interface and finishing works associated with the internal build

Delivery

The completed development incorporates four badminton courts, a climbing wall, gym and multi-purpose studio, together with changing facilities, toilets and storage. A first-floor viewing balcony overlooks the main sports hall, with an open-plan foyer at the principal entrance. K Dean’s package was delivered as part of the coordinated project team responsible for bringing the facility through construction to completion.
