K Dean Building Services delivered three new build residential homes in Oxford, managing the complete construction process from the initial groundworks through to finished homes ready for occupation.

• Structural construction and masonry
• Roofing, windows and external doors
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating
• Internal partitions, plastering and carpentry
• Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and decorations
• External works, commissioning and handover

Delivery

The project demonstrates a coordinated ground-up delivery model, with K Dean managing each principal stage through to completion and handover.
